We presenting The Gruffalo to the class!
February 4th & 11th:
We are creating masks and practicing for our reader's theatre version of The Gruffalo.
January 20th and 27th:
We are reading The Gruffalo and exploring facial expressions.
January 13th:
Do you get stage fright? We'll discover that it is completely natural and ok!
January 6th:
What are you doing? Definitely not what I say! This game is tricky.
December 13th:
We are making our very own rag coat. We will each represent ourselves with a pattern that will become our 'fabric' swatch in the coat.
November 22nd and December 6th:
Have you ever thought like a character in a book? These grade two students will be answering questions as the main character, Minna, in this book and developing stories as possible characters in this story. Where will our imaginations take us?
November 7th:
What a fabulous field trip for Drama! We're off to Georgian College to see "How to be a Pirate".
October 31st:
There will be a primary division Halloween costume parade during our Drama period today.
October 24th:
Have you read Goldilocks and the Three Bears? The Three Little Pigs? Well, not like this! These grade two students have revamped the classic fairy tales providing alternate endings and even new characters!
