What happens if oil is added to our waters? The students will find out during a hands on lab where we observe the effects of adding soap to water and oil to water.

Why is it so important to have clean drinking water? What do you do if there is no clean drinking water? Can we run out of clean drinking water?

November 25th:
Where does water come from? How do we get drinking water in our tap? Can I find water as a solid, liquid, and a gas?
November 18th:
Water, water, everywhere! Students will identify water forms all around us. During class we will demonstrate the water cycle using a clear water bottle, hot water, and ice. Ask your child how it works?
November 8th:
"Rain drops keep falling on my head..." Today we will begin our journey into water and its characteristics. Ask your child about the water cycle.
November 1st:
How do you feel about our air quality? Do you have air pollution concerns? The students will investigate an air pollution problem and create a public awareness poster.

We continue to learn about Air in our Science class. Our focus today was Tornadoes.
